A self-sufficient, ‘energy positive’ building
Delivery of an energy-positive commercial building relied upon our 架构师 working collaboratively with powerful design and modelling technologies. The Technology Centre’s design team are aiming to gain a high scoring 实业 优秀的 rating, with an almost unheard of 100 per cent score for Energy Credit 01 (ENE01), 覆盖能源表现, 运行能量预测, 超过零净管制碳, carbon negativity and post-occupancy evaluation. We further expect the building to achieve an energy performance ratio of 0.998 – an improvement of 281 per cent relative to existing building regulations.
